We are over the moon to be launching our new cookbook on July 14th but in the lead up to the big day I thought we should have a look at what happens behind the scenes.
There are hundreds of hours of work that go into producing a cookbook. First it’s the concept, then its deciding on the recipes, then it’s getting the recipes in line with the portions, then it’s testing, testing, testing. Photography then comes next as Vanessa Courtier captured some of the best photographs of our food for inclusion in the book. Then we had a last minute dash to Greece to get some photos in the thick of things.
